Access to and use of this website, as well as the products and services available, are subject to the following conditions. By using this website, you agree to the conditions of using the site, which may occasionally be updated.
Access to this website is permitted in a temporary capacity, and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter services without previous notification. We do not take responsibility, if, for any reason, this website is unavailable for a certain amount of time.
To place an order you must be aged 18 years or over, and undertake to supply real details which will allow the successful fulfilment of your order.

All of the intellectual property rights of the software and contents available on this site are the property of Loper.pt or are licensed and protected by laws and treaties worldwide. All of these rights are reserved to loper.pt and its suppliers.
You may save, print or present the contents of this website for personal use only. The publication, alteration, distribution or reproduction, in any format, of the contents of this website is forbidden, as is linking it to any business or company.
3.REQUESTS
Internet via our virtual shop: www.loper.pt. The request process is very easy, all you need is a valid email account and to follow the instructions at each step:
- Shop – Choose product – Choose quantity – Choose options offered – Buy – Confirmation – Payment Methods – Delivery details – Register.
Once the purchase process is complete. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
Important! The registration process, all of the confidential information that you send to our website is codified and therefore protected from third parties. No payment details are stored in such a way that the payment method can be traced back to the cardholder.

4.PRICE
All of our prices are in Euros, and include VAT for sale within the European Union/Community. The only extra charge applied is the shipping cost. For special shipments we reserve the right to bill the real costs of the transport.
For requests made outside of the European Union, all associated tariffs and taxes are chargeable to the purchaser in accordance with the current legal parameters.
5.PAYMENT
All of the prices listed already include VAT at current rates. Payment can be made by the following methods:
- Paypal – Please go to the PayPal website for more information about this process for payments.
- Bank reference – Payment by Multibanco can by made via the Cashpoint network or your Homebanking system. This means of payment usually takes 1 working day to complete. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
The products are reserved for 72 hours. If during this time frame LOPER does not receive payment, the order is automatically cancelled.
6.SHIPPING CHARGES

Our products are delivered by the Portuguese postal service, during working days and from Monday to Friday. You can choose to have your items carried by other transport companies, in which case, when you choose “other delivery service” whilst completing your order, the cost of the shipping will be calculated when you get to the Check Out stage of your order process.
If your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, please contact us to request the reference number of your delivery.
7.EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority.
LOPER is at your disposal to answer any questions regarding your order and delivery.
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the space of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. - Order number
- Name and reference number of the product
- Reason for the the return
- If you require a refund or to exchange the product
Once we have received your notification we will reply with how to proceed for you to return the products in their original state, at the latest 14 days after receipt of them./p>
In these instances, LOPER with refund clients for the costs of the purchase. However the client will need to pay the transport costs when returning a product.
8.REFUNDS PROCESS
LOPER will reimburse your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your notification that you wish to return the purchase, and will do so via bank transfer or your paypal account. Transport costs are not refundable, which means that the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. LOPER reserves the right to keep hold of the refund until receipt of the returned goods.
In instants where it is impossible to replace an item due to lack of stock, the value of the item(s) will be refunded.
IMPORTANT: The above terms do not apply to Personalised Products; these are not eligible for refunds.

9.PRODUCT INFORMATION
LOPER tries to ensure as much as possible that the photographs on the website are as close as possible to the original in colour and shape. However, colour is a factor which depends on individual monitors and their settings. In this sense, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the real colour of the product.
All of the measurements are approximate, however we do our best to ensure that they are as precise as possible.
We take the necessary precautions to guarantee that all of the details, descriptions and prices of the products presented on our website are corrected. However we reserve the right to refuse orders where the information of the products was incorrectly published, including prices and special offers.
Orders can also be refused for the following reasons:
- Product is out of stock.
- Inability to obtain payment authorisation.
- Fraudulent orders.
If there is any problem with your order, you will be contacted straight away by us.
We do all that is within our means to maintain the details of your order and your payment data secure. However we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any details you supplied whilst visiting or placing an order on our website.
It is possible to cancel orders which have not yet been sent. If you received an order and wish to return it, please contact our customer care team.
