Are all of the products made by LOPER ?

Yes. Our products are made in Portugal, by hand.

 

Do you have size variations available for the different products presented?

A LOPER creates unique and personal articles, as it is our intention to produce according to your taste, both in style and size.

 

Orders

How can I place an order?

It is easy to place an order online, via our website. You will need a valid email account, and then just follow the instructions, adding your choices to the shopping cart, before concluding your shopping successfully.

 

Where do you send your products?

Our products are sent to Portugal, Islands, Europe and other continents via the Portuguese mail service or transport company (universal postal service). How long will it take to receive my product?

At LOPER, for products which are in stock, and after receipt of payment, you will receive your order within 5 working days for continental Portugal, and up to 10 working days for the Islands and Europe. For other continents the time-frame depends on the country.

For personalised orders, the time-frame is agreed upon, and the item sent, after payments is received. Refunds and exchanges are not possible.

A LOPER is not responsible for delays by the shipping company or cases of “force majeure”.

 

What payment methods are available?

Our online shop allows you to choose between Paypal or Multibanco reference (Portugal bank accounts only).

 

What is the timeframe for payment after placing an order?

Once you have received an email confirming your order, the item will be held ready to ship to you for 72 hours.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, the order will be considered null and void.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are paid for by the client, and are due when collecting the shipment from the Post Office. Outside of Europe, all orders may be subject to customs charges according to the country of delivery. Therefore shipping costs vary according to the destination. If the order is to be delivered to a specific address, the amount will need to be agreed beforehand.

 

Can I exchange or return my order?

LOPER tries to guarantee that there is no need to return or exchange your products. All of the photographs and descriptions of our products aim to be as close to the original as possible, however sometimes colours and light can appear differently depending on the viewing monitor.

Personalised products, given that they are made to specific tastes and sizes, cannot be sold to other buyers, therefore we only accept returns of orders without personalisation and in perfect condition.
